Set Up an Affiliate Program

Set Up an Affiliate Program An affiliate program pays people who recommend your app. Ranksy gives each affiliate a referral link for each app, credits the installs those links bring, and works out the commission under your rules. You pay affiliates yourself, outside Ranksy. Ranksy keeps the record. Get access The affiliate program is open to every Ranksy team. Open Affiliates in the Ranksy sidebar to get started. Team members need permissions: | Permission | What it allows | |------------|----------------| | Affiliates | Create and edit programs, invite and approve affiliates, add referrals, cancel commissions | | Affiliate payouts | Open the Payouts tab, mark payouts paid, void, reopen and hold payouts, add manual commissions and opening balances, see full bank details | Team owners have both. Set them under Settings > Team. Before you start Ranksy can only credit installs it can trace back to an affiliate's link. Each app in the program needs: - The Shopify Partner API, so Ranksy sees installs and charges. Every commission is calculated from a Partner API charge. - One way to match installs to links: GA4 data in BigQuery, or calls to the /identify endpoint from your app. The Tracking setup card on each program shows what's connected and what's missing. See Affiliate Tracking Prerequisites. Create a program 1. Go to Affiliates and open the Programs tab. 2. Click New program. 3. Enter a name (for example, "YouTube creators") and select the apps the program covers. 4. Click Create program. The Programs tab on the Affiliates page, with the New program button Ranksy opens the program on its Commission & tiers tab. A new program starts at 20% of gross subscription revenue for the customer's lifetime, with no minimum payout. Set your own terms before you invite anyone. You can run several programs, for example one for agencies and one for creators, each with its own terms. An app can belong to more than one program. General The Tracking setup card sits at the top of this tab. | Setting | What it does | |---------|--------------| | Name | The program name affiliates see in their portal and emails. | | Approve affiliates before they join | New affiliates stay pending until you approve them. | | Affiliates must accept your terms | Add a link to your terms. Affiliates must accept them before they get their links. If you change the link later, affiliates must accept the new version before their links show again. | | Minimum payout | Ranksy starts a payout only when an affiliate's unpaid commission in this program reaches this amount. Leave it at 0 to pay any balance. | Approval, terms and minimum payout settings on a program's General tab Commission & tiers The box at the top sums up your terms in one line, for example "30% of gross subscriptions · 12 months · $5 per install". | Setting | What it does | |---------|--------------| | Percent commission | The share of each eligible payment a referred merchant makes. | | Duration in months | How long the percent commission runs, counted from the merchant's first payment after the referral. 0 means for the customer's lifetime. | | Install bounty | A fixed amount for each referred install. | | Signup bonus | A one-time amount on the merchant's first payment after the referral. | | Minimum plan value | The percent commission and the signup bonus count only when the merchant's subscription is at least this amount. | | Revenue basis | Gross is the full charge. Net is what you receive after Shopify's share. | | Revenue components | The charge types that earn commission: Subscriptions, Usage and One-time. | The Commission & tiers tab with percent commission, duration, bounty and tiers All amounts are in USD. Ranksy pays commission only on payments made after the referral. Test store installs never earn commission. Changing terms Each referral keeps the terms that applied when Ranksy credited it. If you change the commission later, the new terms apply to referrals credited from then on. Existing referrals keep their terms. Tiers Tiers raise commission for affiliates who send more referrals. 1. Check Reward affiliates who send more installs (tiers). 2. Under Count, choose how referrals are counted: - All referrals (tier is kept): every referral counts, so an affiliate never drops a tier. - Installed referrals (tier can drop): only referrals that still have the app installed count. 3. For each tier, set From referrals and the terms for that tier: Commission (%), Duration (months) and Per install. Leave a field empty to keep the value from the tier below. 4. Click Add tier for more. A program can have up to 5 tiers. A tier applies to payments made after the affiliate reaches it. Tiers apply to existing referrals too, but they only ever raise terms. A tier never lowers or shortens the terms a referral joined with. Signup bonus, minimum plan value and revenue settings are the same for every tier. Apps Select the apps in the program and click Save. Each affiliate gets one referral link per app. An app needs a public App Store listing to have a referral link. Under each app, Ranksy shows which other programs include it. Signup page Every program has a public signup page, ready from the moment you create the program. Its address ends in /affiliate-signup/<slug>. 1. Open the Signup page tab. 2. Change the Signup slug to something readable if you like. Use lowercase letters, numbers and dashes. The slug must be unique. 3. Click Save. 4. Copy the link from Signup link, or click Copy signup link at the top of the page. If approval is on, people who sign up through this page wait for you to approve them. See Invite and Approve Affiliates. Payout methods Payout methods apply to every program. Set them under Affiliates > Settings. See Pay Affiliates. Archive a program Click Archive on the program page, then Archive program. The signup link stops working and the program's links stop getting new referrals. Affiliates keep earning on the customers they already referred. You can't undo this. If the affiliate program is paused for your team If the affiliate program is turned off for your team after you've used it, Ranksy pauses it. While it's paused: - No new affiliates, referrals or commissions are added. - The signup page shows the program as paused. - Only the Payouts page stays open, so you can still pay what affiliates have earned. When the program is turned back on, Ranksy adds the commissions for payments made during the pause. FAQ Q: Does Ranksy send money to affiliates? A: No. You pay affiliates yourself, then mark each payout paid in Ranksy. Q: Can I change commission after affiliates join? A: Yes. New terms apply to referrals credited after the change. Referrals you already have keep their terms, and commissions already earned don't change. Q: Can I give an affiliate credit for a shop they referred before I used Ranksy? A: Yes. On the affiliate's page, use Add referral under Manual entries, or import referrals from a CSV file with Import on the Affiliates page. See Invite and Approve Affiliates. Need help? Affiliate Tracking Prerequisites

Affiliate Tracking Prerequisites Ranksy credits an install to an affiliate only when it can tie that install to the affiliate's link. Each app in a program needs the Shopify Partner API, plus GA4 data in BigQuery or /identify calls from your app. One of the two is enough. Using both catches more installs. Until this is in place, Ranksy credits no installs and no commission for that app. How a referral link works Each affiliate gets one link per app. It looks like this: https://go.ranksyapp.com/r/your-app/abc123 When a merchant clicks it, Ranksy records the click and sends the merchant to your App Store listing with the affiliate's token added as an mref parameter: https://apps.shopify.com/your-app?mref=abc123 The token (abc123 here) is what ties the install back to the affiliate. The Tracking setup card Open a program and look at the top of its General tab. The Tracking setup card checks each app in the program and marks anything that needs attention with a warning. Watch the walkthrough (51 seconds): https://videos.ranksyapp.com/help-center/affiliates/tracking-setup.mp4 | What it checks | Passes when | If it doesn't | |----------------|-------------|---------------| | Partner API | The Partner API is connected | Required. Click Connect Partner API. | | GA4 through BigQuery | BigQuery is connected and synced in the last 48 hours | Click Connect BigQuery, or Reconnect BigQuery if it stopped syncing. | | identify calls | Your app called the /identify endpoint in the last 30 days | The check passes after your app's next call. | | Referral codes through identify | An mref value came through /identify in the last 30 days | Not required. A reminder to send mref with each call. | The Tracking setup card with missing connections flagged An app is ready when the Partner API works and either GA4 through BigQuery or identify passes. The card then says Tracking is ready. The Tracking setup card showing Tracking is ready If an app isn't ready, the Affiliates page shows a warning banner with a Finish setup button. The tracking warning banner on the Affiliates page with the Finish setup button Required: the Shopify Partner API Connect the Partner API for every app in the program. Ranksy reads installs and charges from it, and every commission is calculated from a Partner API charge. See Connect Partner API. Then at least one way to match installs Ranksy tries the methods below. The first match wins, and an install is credited to one affiliate only. Ranksy never credits: - test store installs - a shop whose owner email matches the affiliate's email or payout email - a shop whose owner email matches anyone on your team Option 1: GA4 data in BigQuery This needs no code. 1. In the Partner Dashboard, add a GA4 measurement ID to your App Store listing. 2. Add a Measurement Protocol API secret, so Shopify sends the server-side shopify_app_install event. 3. Export GA4 to BigQuery. See Set Up GA4 BigQuery Export. 4. Connect BigQuery in Ranksy. See Connect BigQuery with Service Account. Ranksy looks for a listing page view whose URL carries mref. It then matches that visit to the same GA4 visitor's install event. The page view must come before the install and no more than 7 days earlier. GA4 misses visitors who decline analytics cookies or block tracking. Option 2 covers those installs. Option 2: your app calls /identify If your app sends merchant data to Ranksy with the /identify endpoint, it can pass referral data too. See the identify docs. Send the mref value. Add the affiliate token as mref (a string, up to 64 characters). Ranksy checks it against the referral links for that app. - Ranksy keeps the first valid token it receives for an install. A later one doesn't replace it. - The token counts only if the affiliate is approved in the program. A token from an affiliate who is still waiting for approval is ignored. Ranksy's referral links send merchants to your App Store listing, not to your website. Your app can only send mref if your own site received it first, for example when an affiliate links to your site with ?mref=<token>. Save the value on your site, then send it after the install. Send the merchant's device. Add the merchant's IP address and browser user agent to contacts (the ip and user_agent fields), as your app saw them during install. Ranksy compares them with the referral link clicks. When both match a click from the 7 days before the install, Ranksy credits that affiliate. This works even when no mref reaches your app. Example: forward mref to Ranksy On your website, keep the mref value from the URL in a first-party cookie: const mref = new URLSearchParams(window.location.search).get('mref'); if (mref) { document.cookie = `mref=${encodeURIComponent(mref)}; Max-Age=2592000; Path=/; SameSite=Lax; Secure`; } After the merchant installs, call /identify from your app's server: await fetch(`https://ranksyapp.com/api/v1/apps/${RANKSY_APP_ID}/identify`, { method: 'POST', headers: { Authorization: `Bearer ${process.env.RANKSY_API_KEY}`, 'Content-Type': 'application/json', }, body: JSON.stringify({ myshopify_domain: session.shop, // e.g. "acme.myshopify.com" shopify_access_token: session.accessToken, // or send shop_id with a shop object mref: req.cookies.mref ?? null, contacts: [ { email: shopOwnerEmail, ip: req.ip, user_agent: req.get('user-agent'), }, ], }), }); - RANKSY_APP_ID is the app's ID from GET /api/v1/apps. - The API key needs the crm:write scope. Create one under Settings > API Keys. - myshopify_domain is required. Send either shopify_access_token or shop_id. - The cookie must be readable where the install happens. That means your website and your app's install flow share a domain. Check that tracking works 1. Make sure the Tracking setup card says Tracking is ready. 2. Copy an affiliate's link from Affiliates > the affiliate's page > Links. 3. Open it, and install the app on a real store. 4. Within a day, the affiliate's Clicks should go up, and the install should appear under Referral progress. A test store install shows the click but never the referral. Shops that installed without a link If an affiliate sent you a merchant who installed without the link, you can credit the shop by hand. On the affiliate's page, click Add referral under Manual entries. A shop can only be referred once. See Invite and Approve Affiliates. Click data Ranksy keeps click counts for good. The personal data on a click (IP address, user agent, referrer) is deleted after 12 months. FAQ Q: Do I need both BigQuery and /identify? A: No. One is enough. Using both catches more installs. Q: What happens if two affiliates could claim the same install? A: The first match wins. Ranksy never splits or moves a credited install. Need help? Contact support@ranksyapp.com or use the chat widget. Include your app name.

Invite and Approve Affiliates

Invite and Approve Affiliates You can add affiliates to a program in three ways: enroll them by email, share the program's signup page, or import a list from a CSV file. You need at least one program first. See Set Up an Affiliate Program. Enroll an affiliate by email 1. Go to Affiliates. 2. Click Enroll affiliate. 3. Choose the Program. 4. Enter the affiliate's Email and, if you like, their Name. 5. Click Enroll. The Enroll affiliate dialog with Program, Email and Name fields Ranksy emails the affiliate a link to the affiliate portal. They see their referral links there once they sign in with that email address. The quickest way in for them is Continue with Google with the same address. If they'd rather use a password, send them the program's signup link too. They can create an account there with the same email. If the program requires approval, the person you enroll still waits as pending until you approve them. Share the signup page 1. Open the program and go to the Signup page tab. 2. Copy the Signup link. 3. Share it wherever you recruit affiliates: your website, a newsletter, a partner email. People who open the link see the program name and its apps. They sign up with Google or with an email and password, and confirm their email. What happens next depends on the program's Approve affiliates before they join setting: - Off: they join right away and get their referral links. Ranksy emails them a welcome. - On: they wait as pending until you decide. Ranksy emails them that their application was received. Either way, the team owner gets a notification. Import affiliates from a CSV file Moving from another affiliate tool? Click Import on the Affiliates page. 1. Choose the Program. 2. Under What are you importing?, choose Affiliates, Referrals or Opening balances. 3. Click Download the template and fill it in. A file can have up to 5,000 rows and be up to 2 MB. 4. Upload the file and click Check file. 5. Check the preview, then confirm. The whole file is imported or none of it, so every row must pass the check first. | Import | Columns | |--------|---------| | Affiliates | email, name, group (optional) | | Referrals | shop_domain, affiliate_email, app_handle (optional if the program has one app), count_commissions_from (optional, YYYY-MM-DD) | | Opening balances | affiliate_email, amount, note (optional), reference | Imported affiliates join without approval. Ranksy doesn't email them unless you turn on Send invite emails. Opening balances need the Affiliate payouts permission. Program terms If the program has Affiliates must accept your terms on, affiliates must accept the terms before they see their referral links. People who sign up accept them on the signup page. People you enroll or import accept them in the portal the first time they open the program. If you change the terms link, everyone must accept the new version before their links show again. The Programs section of an affiliate's page shows where they stand: Terms accepted, Accepted an older version of the terms, Terms not accepted or No terms required. Approve or reject a request Pending requests appear at the top of the Affiliates page under Waiting for approval. Each row shows the person, the program, and when they asked. The Programs tab also shows how many people are waiting in each program. The Waiting for approval list on the Affiliates page with Approve and Reject buttons - Click Approve to let them in. Ranksy emails them, and their referral links start working. - Click Reject, then confirm. Ranksy emails them to say they weren't accepted. Ranksy credits referrals only to approved affiliates. Approve requests soon, so installs from their links aren't missed. Add a referral or a commission by hand Each affiliate's page has a Manual entries card: - Add referral credits the affiliate for a shop that installed without their link. Choose the App and enter the Shop domain. A shop can only be referred once. - Change start date sets the date from which this affiliate's referrals earn. Payments before it earn nothing. - Add commission credits an amount no customer payment earned, with a note your team can see. It needs the Affiliate payouts permission. A manual referral earns on payments from today, unless you set Count commissions from. A past date adds commission for past payments within about an hour, and needs the Affiliate payouts permission. Track your affiliates The Affiliates page lists everyone with their programs, installs, earnings, outstanding balance, clicks, trials, paid customers and gross sales. Click View to open an affiliate's page. It shows: - Payout details: how they want to be paid - Manual entries: the start date and the buttons above - Referral progress: the latest 50 referred installs and how far each merchant got (trial, paid) - Programs: each program they're in, their status and their terms - Links: clicks, installs, trials, paid customers and commission for each app link, with a Copy button - Commissions: each commission and its status An affiliate's page with payout details, manual entries, programs and links Payouts are on the Payouts tab. See Pay Affiliates. If you run two or more programs, use the program filter to see one program at a time. FAQ Q: Can one person join several of my programs? A: Yes. They get links for each program they join. The Affiliates page shows each of their programs. Q: Can an affiliate work with other teams too? A: Yes. Affiliates can join programs from more than one Ranksy team. Each team sees only its own programs, referrals and balance. Q: Can an affiliate refer their own store? A: No. Ranksy doesn't credit a shop whose owner email matches the affiliate's email or payout email, or anyone on your team. Q: What happens if an affiliate deletes their account? A: Their name shows as "Deleted affiliate", their links stop working, and commission that wasn't in a payout yet is cancelled. Your records of what you paid stay. An affiliate can't delete their account while they have a pending payout, an open payout request, or a hold with money outstanding. Need help? Contact support@ranksyapp.com or use the chat widget.

Pay Affiliates

Pay Affiliates Ranksy works out what each affiliate earned and keeps the payment record. It doesn't send money. You pay each affiliate yourself by PayPal or bank transfer, then mark the payout paid in Ranksy. Paying affiliates needs the Affiliate payouts permission. Members without it don't see the Payouts tab, and they see bank details masked. Set payout methods 1. Go to Affiliates > Settings. 2. Under Payout methods, check PayPal, International bank transfer, or both. 3. Click Save. Payout methods under Affiliates > Settings These methods apply to every program. Affiliates choose one of them in their portal and add their payment details there. If you turn off a method an affiliate already uses, they must choose an allowed method before they can request a payout. Set a minimum payout Each program has a Minimum payout on its General tab. Ranksy starts a payout only when an affiliate's unpaid commission in that program reaches this amount. Until then, the commission stays outstanding. Affiliates can't request a payout below the minimum either. How commission becomes a payout 1. A referred merchant installs or pays. Ranksy records a commission under the program's rules. 2. Once the affiliate's unpaid commission in a program reaches the minimum, Ranksy groups it into a pending payout. New commission joins the same pending payout until you pay it. 3. You pay the affiliate and mark the payout paid. Its status changes to completed. Ranksy does this on its own. Each program gets its own payout, and amounts are in USD. The Payouts tab Go to Affiliates > Payouts. Pending payouts are at the top, then the newest. Each row shows the payout number, the affiliate and program, the status, the amount, what you paid, and where to send the money. The Payouts tab with pending, on-hold, short-paid and voided payouts To see one affiliate's payouts, open their page and click View payouts. Handle a payout request Affiliates can ask to be paid from their portal. A request asks you to review. It doesn't move money. An affiliate can send a request only when: - their unpaid commission has reached the program's minimum payout - their payout details are complete for your team - their payouts aren't on hold When a request comes in, the team owner gets an email, and the affiliate's row on the Affiliates page shows Payout requested. On the affiliate's page: - Click Generate payouts to group their unpaid commission into pending payouts. Once a pending payout exists, the request closes. - Click Dismiss to close the request without a payout. You don't have to wait for a request. You can pay any pending payout at any time. Pay and mark a payout paid Watch the walkthrough (56 seconds): https://videos.ranksyapp.com/help-center/affiliates/pay-a-payout.mp4 1. Open Affiliates > Payouts. 2. Check Pay to for the payout method and the PayPal email or bank details. 3. Send the payment yourself through PayPal or your bank. 4. Click Mark paid on the pending payout. 5. Check Amount paid (it starts at the payout amount) and add a Payment reference, such as the PayPal transaction ID. 6. Click Mark paid. The Mark paid dialog with Amount paid and Payment reference Ranksy emails the affiliate to say the payout was sent, with the amount and the reference. Paying less than the full amount. Enter what you paid in Amount paid and check Pay the rest later. The unpaid part stays in the affiliate's balance and goes into their next payout. You can't enter more than the payout amount. Check before you pay. If an affiliate changed their payout details in the last 14 days, Ranksy warns you on the payout and on their page. Confirm the change with the affiliate through a channel you already use before you send money. Scammers change payout details to redirect payments. If the details are incomplete, ask the affiliate to update their profile in the portal first. A paid payout is final Once you mark a payout paid, it stays paid: - If a referred merchant later gets a refund, Ranksy doesn't take back the commission in that payout. - Ranksy doesn't deduct it from the affiliate's future payouts either. - A paid commission can't be cancelled. Marked paid by mistake? Click Reopen on the payout. Reopening sets it back to pending and clears the amount paid and the reference. Use it only to fix a mistake, not to recover money for a refund. Hold an affiliate's payouts Hold payouts while you look into something, such as suspicious referrals or a payout detail change you haven't confirmed. 1. Open the affiliate's page. 2. Click Hold payouts. 3. Enter a Reason your team can see, and click Hold payouts. While payouts are on hold, commission keeps adding up, but Ranksy creates no payout and you can't mark one paid. The affiliate sees that their payouts are on hold and can't send a payout request. They don't see your reason. To end the hold, click Release hold on the affiliate's page or on the Payouts tab. Ranksy then creates any payouts that are due. Void a payout Void a pending payout when it shouldn't be paid as it is, for example to remove a commission from it. 1. On the Payouts tab, click Void on the pending payout. 2. Enter a Reason and click Void payout. The Void payout dialog with a Reason field The payout's status changes to cancelled. Its commissions go back to the outstanding balance and join the next payout. Only pending payouts can be voided. Cancel a commission You can cancel a commission that isn't part of a payout, for example after a refund before you paid, or a fraudulent signup. On the affiliate's page, find it under Commissions, click Cancel, then confirm. A cancelled commission is never paid out, and you can't undo it. If the commission is in a pending payout, void that payout first. Add a commission or an opening balance With the Affiliate payouts permission you can credit money no customer payment earned: - Add commission on the affiliate's page, under Manual entries. Enter the amount and a note your team can see. - Opening balances from a CSV file, to bring balances over from another tool. Click Import on the Affiliates page. Both count toward the affiliate's balance and join their next payout. Statuses | Payout status | Meaning | |---------------|---------| | pending | Waiting for you to pay | | completed | You marked it paid | | cancelled | You voided it. Its commissions went back to the balance | | Commission status | Meaning | |-------------------|---------| | outstanding | Earned, not yet in a payout | | pending | In a payout you haven't paid yet | | paid | In a payout you marked paid | | cancelled | Cancelled. It will never be paid | If the program is paused If the affiliate program is paused for your team, the Payouts page stays open in the sidebar. You can still mark payouts paid, void, reopen, hold and release, so you can pay what affiliates have already earned. FAQ Q: Can Ranksy pay affiliates for me? A: No. Ranksy never holds or sends money. It keeps the record of what was earned and paid. Q: Is there a waiting period before commission can be paid? A: No. Commission can go into a payout as soon as it's recorded and the program's minimum is met. If you want to wait, set a higher minimum payout or hold the affiliate's payouts. Q: Where do affiliates see their payouts? A: On the Payouts page of the affiliate portal. See The Affiliate Portal. Need help? Contact support@ranksyapp.com or use the chat widget.

The Affiliate Portal

The Affiliate Portal This guide is for affiliates: the people who promote an app. The affiliate portal at affiliates.ranksyapp.com is where you join programs, copy your referral links, and see what you earned. The app's team runs the program, sets the commission and pays you. Ranksy tracks your referrals and keeps the record. Join a program You join through the team that runs the program, in one of two ways. From a signup link 1. Open the signup link the team gave you. It shows the program name and its apps. 2. If the program has terms, read them and check I accept the program terms. 3. Click Continue with Google, or sign up with your name, email and a password and click Create account with email. 4. If you signed up with email, confirm your address from the email Ranksy sends. If the program needs approval, your request shows as pending until the team reviews it. Ranksy emails you when they decide. Already have an account? Open the signup link while you're signed in and click Join program. From an invite email If the team enrolled you, you get an email with an Open your affiliate portal button. Click Continue with Google with the email address the invite was sent to. If you'd rather use a password, ask the team for the program's signup link and create your account there with the same email. Sign in Go to affiliates.ranksyapp.com. Click Continue with Google, or enter your email and password and click Sign in with email. Forgot your password? Click Forgot password? and Ranksy emails you a reset link. The affiliate portal sign-in page Your pages | Page | What you find there | |------|---------------------| | Dashboard | Your totals across every program: clicks, installs, trials, paid customers, gross sales, earned, pending, outstanding and payouts | | Programs & links | Each program you belong to, grouped by team, with your referral link for each app and your results | | Referrals | The installs you referred and how far each merchant got | | Commissions | Each commission you earned and its status | | Payouts | Your payout history and the Request payout button | | Profile | Your account, your payout details and your data | The affiliate portal dashboard with totals across programs Share your links Go to Programs & links. Each app in a program has its own link. Click Copy link and share it in your videos, posts, newsletters or client emails. Programs & links with a referral link and Copy link button for each app A merchant who clicks your link lands on the app's Shopify App Store listing. When they install, Ranksy credits the install to you. Commission then follows the program's rules, for example a share of what the merchant pays for a set number of months. Each program card also shows your results: clicks, referred installs, trials started, paid customers, gross sales, commission earned, outstanding balance and payouts. If the program has tiers, you see your current tier and how many more referrals you need to reach the next one. Don't see your links? If the program has terms you haven't accepted, click Accept terms on the program card. If the team changes its terms, you accept the new version before your links show again. Ranksy doesn't credit installs on your own store, or on test stores. Commission statuses | Status | Meaning | |--------|---------| | outstanding | Earned, not yet in a payout | | pending | In a payout the team hasn't paid yet | | paid | Paid to you | | cancelled | Cancelled by the team. It won't be paid | Add your payout details Do this before you ask to be paid. 1. Go to Profile. 2. Under Payout details, choose the Team (if you work with more than one). 3. Choose a Payout method the team allows: PayPal or International Bank Transfer. 4. Fill in every field. PayPal needs your PayPal email. Bank transfer needs Business name, Bank Code (BIC/SWIFT), IBAN, Country, City, Recipient address and Zip. 5. Click Save changes. Payout details on the Profile page, with the payout method and bank fields Your bank details and PayPal email are shared across all your teams. The payout method you choose applies to the selected team only. Bank details are stored encrypted, and the portal shows only the last characters of your IBAN. Keeping your payout details safe. If you haven't signed in within the last 15 minutes, Ranksy asks you to confirm it's you before it saves a change. Enter your password, or click Confirm with Google. Ranksy then emails you about the change. If you didn't make it, reset your password and contact the team that runs the program. Get paid 1. Go to Payouts. 2. Click Request payout. The Payouts page in the affiliate portal with the Request payout button The request tells the team you want to be paid. It doesn't move money. Each team pays you itself, by the method you chose. When the team marks a payout paid, Ranksy emails you the amount and the payment reference. You can request a payout when: - your unpaid commission in a program has reached that program's minimum payout. The Payouts page shows how much more you need. - your payout details for that team are complete - the team hasn't put your payouts on hold. If it has, contact the team that runs the program. Once a team marks a payout paid, it's final. A later refund on a merchant you referred doesn't change it. Archived and paused programs An archived program takes no new referrals. Merchants you already referred keep earning you commission. A paused program takes no new referrals and adds no new commission. What you've earned so far stays visible, and the team can still pay it. Working with more than one team You can join programs from several teams with one account. Each team keeps its own balance, payouts and payout method. A team sees only its own programs and referrals. Your data and your account Under Profile: - Download my data gives you a copy of your affiliate data. You'll need your password. - Delete account removes your account. You can delete it once every team has paid your pending payouts, handled your open payout requests and released any hold on money you're owed. Commission that hasn't reached a payout yet is lost when you delete your account. FAQ Q: Why doesn't my referral show up? A: Ranksy can only credit installs it can match to your link. Check that you shared the link exactly as copied. Referrals count only after the team approves you, so installs that come in while your request is pending may not be credited. Test store installs and installs on your own store never count. Q: Can I change my payout method? A: Yes, in Profile. Choose from the methods the team allows. Q: Who do I ask about my commission rate or a payment? A: The team that runs the program. Ranksy tracks the referrals, but the team sets the terms and sends the money. Need help? Contact the team that runs your program, or email support@ranksyapp.com.
