Your Dashboard

The Dashboard is the first screen you see after selecting an app. It shows your most important metrics at a glance and provides direct links into each analytics hub — Revenue, Traffic, ASO, and Monitoring. What you see adapts to how many integrations you have connected.

Accessing Your Dashboard

  1. Select your app in the sidebar under My Apps
  2. Click Dashboard in the sidebar navigation

The Dashboard is the default view whenever you switch apps.

Activation Levels

The Dashboard is awareness-aware: it shows more as you connect more data.

Activation level What's visible
No integrations Public rankings, review count, listing details
Partner API connected Revenue widgets, MRR, customer count, churn signals
BigQuery connected Traffic funnel, attribution sources, pageviews
Both connected Full dashboard — all widgets and hub deep-links active

If a hub widget can't yet show real data, it displays a preview state with a prompt to connect the required integration.

Date Range Selector

Located in the top right:

  • 7 days: Quick weekly snapshot
  • 30 days: Monthly overview (default)
  • 90 days: Quarterly trends
  • Custom: Select specific dates

Changes apply to all dashboard widgets instantly.

  • 0% = same as previous period

When Data is Missing

No revenue widget?

No traffic data?

Old data only?

  • Check the last sync timestamp in App Settings.
  • Trigger a manual sync from App Settings if needed.

FAQ

Q: Why does the Dashboard look different from my colleague's? A: The Dashboard is activation-aware and adapts to your connected integrations and your team's plan permissions.

Q: Can I export dashboard data? A: Use the export buttons inside each hub (Revenue, Traffic, ASO) to download CSV data.

Q: How often does data refresh? A: Partner API syncs daily overnight. BigQuery imports each morning. The ASO widget updates daily.

Q: What's a good install conversion rate? A: 2–5% (installs / pageviews) is typical. Above 5% is excellent. Below 1% suggests listing improvements are needed.
