ASO Hub Overview

ASO Hub Overview The ASO (App Store Optimisation) hub is the home for everything related to how your app is found and ranked in the Shopify App Store. It has four tabs, each answering a different question. The four tabs | Tab | Answers the question… | | --- | --- | | Tracked Keywords | How are the specific keywords I care about performing today? | | Keywords | What is my full search footprint — all keywords I appear in? | | Categories | How do I rank in each category merchants browse? | | Competitors | What are competing apps doing — and where are my gaps? | Access the ASO hub via ASO in the sidebar. The hub opens on the Tracked Keywords tab by default. Tracked Keywords The Tracked tab is your day-to-day monitoring view. You choose which keywords to track, and Ranksy scrapes their rank daily. The table shows: - Current rank with colour-coded change badges - 24-hour and 7-day rank change - 14-day trend sparkline - 14-day pageviews and installs (requires BigQuery) - Keyword intent and category badges Use the movers filter (Gainers / Droppers / Big Moves) to quickly surface what changed. Switch the time window between 24h and 7d. A quota bar at the top shows how many keywords you're tracking against your plan limit. See Tracked Keywords for the full reference. Keywords The Keywords tab shows every keyword your app appears in — not just the ones you've explicitly tracked. Think of it as your organic search census. It shows: - Current rank per keyword - Change from the previous period - Pageviews, clicks, installs, and conversion rate per keyword (requires BigQuery) - Leaderboards: top keywords by pageviews, clicks, installs, and conversion rate Use this tab to discover high-performing terms you didn't know about and decide which to promote to your Tracked list. See Keywords (ASO) for the full reference. Categories The Categories tab shows your ranking in every Shopify App Store category your app is listed in. Each category shows: - Average rank, best rank, worst rank, and rank volatility - Historical rank chart (inverted y-axis — rising line = improving) - Category sessions table with traffic and conversion metrics (requires BigQuery) - Geographic, device, and source breakdowns per category Use this tab after an app update to see whether category rankings respond, and to identify which categories drive the most install-qualified traffic. See Categories (ASO) for the full reference. Competitors The Competitors hub is a separate set of pages accessible from the sidebar under ASO → Competitors. It has five sections: - Activity — recent reviews, listing updates, and ranking changes from the apps you follow - Ad Presence — which apps are running sponsored ads on your tracked keywords and categories - Keyword Gaps — keywords where competitors rank or advertise but you don't - Review Insights — AI-analysed pain points and feature opportunities from competitor reviews - Manage — follow and unfollow competitor apps You need to follow at least one app via Manage to unlock the full Competitors hub. Following is private. See Competitors Hub for the full reference. How the tabs connect A typical ASO workflow: 1. Keywords → discover terms you're ranking for but haven't tracked 2. Tracked → add those terms to your tracked list, monitor daily 3. Competitors → Keyword Gaps → find additional terms competitors rank for that you don't 4. Categories → check whether your listing updates improved category rank alongside keyword rank 5. Competitors → Review Insights → understand what merchants say about competing apps to inform your listing copy All rank data updates daily overnight. Traffic data (pageviews, installs, conversion) requires BigQuery and updates daily with a 24–48 hour lag from GA4 export. Next steps - Tracked Keywords — daily keyword monitoring - Keywords (ASO) — full search footprint with traffic data - Categories (ASO) — category rank history and traffic - Competitors Hub — competitor activity, gaps, and review insights

Tracked Keywords

Tracked Keywords The Tracked Keywords tab is the first tab inside your ASO hub. It shows only the keywords you have explicitly chosen to track — not all keywords your app appears in. This focus makes it the best place to monitor the keywords you actively care about and react to rank changes quickly. Adding keywords to track You can add keywords to your tracked list from several places: - Keywords tab in the ASO hub — browse all keywords your app appears in and click the track button on any row - Competitor hub → Keyword Gaps — track a competitor keyword directly from the gaps table - Competitor hub → Ad Presence — track a keyword a competitor is bidding on - AI Keyword Suggestions — track a recommended keyword with one click - Keyword Explorer (Explore section) — track any keyword in the App Store A quota bar at the top of the Tracked tab shows how many keywords you're tracking out of your plan's limit. When you approach the limit, untrack lower-priority keywords to make room. The keyword table Each tracked keyword appears as a row with: | Column | What it shows | | --- | --- | | Keyword | The search term, with intent and category badges when available | | Rank | Current organic rank badge (#1–10 = default, #11–50 = secondary, >50 = outline) | | 24h | Rank change over the last 24 hours | | 7d | Rank change over the last 7 days | | Trend | 14-day sparkline of daily rank | | 14d Pageviews | Pageviews attributable to this keyword in the last 14 days (requires BigQuery) | | 14d Installs | Installs attributable to this keyword in the last 14 days (requires BigQuery) | | Conversion | Install conversion rate from pageviews for this keyword | Rank change cells are colour-coded: green for improvement (rank number going down), red for drops. A dash means no change. Sort the table by any column header. Eight sort options: keyword name, current rank, 24h change, 7d change, pageviews, installs, conversion rate. Movers filter The movers filter above the table lets you quickly surface what changed: | Filter | Shows | | --- | --- | | All | Every tracked keyword | | Gainers | Keywords that improved in rank | | Droppers | Keywords that dropped in rank | | Big Movers | Keywords with the largest absolute rank change | Switch the time window between 24h and 7d to see short-term or weekly movement. Use Gainers after a listing update to see which keywords responded positively. Use Droppers to spot problems early before they compound. Keyword history Click any keyword row to open the History Sheet — a sliding panel showing the full rank history for that keyword over time. The chart shows day-by-day rank position so you can see whether a recent move is a blip or a trend. Suggested keywords Click Suggest Keywords (or the lightbulb icon) to open the Suggested Keywords sheet. Ranksy recommends keywords based on your existing ranking data and competitor positions. You can track any suggestion directly from the sheet without leaving the Tracked page. Bulk untrack Select multiple keywords using the row checkboxes, then click Untrack Selected. A toast notification confirms the removal with an Undo button that stays available for several seconds in case you removed keywords by mistake. Understanding the data Rank data Keyword ranks are scraped daily from the Shopify App Store. The scraper runs overnight, so today's rank shown in the table reflects the position as of the most recent completed scrape. Traffic and install data Pageviews and installs per keyword come from your BigQuery GA4 export. These require your BigQuery connection to be active. If BigQuery is not connected, the 14d Pageviews, 14d Installs, and Conversion columns show dashes. The 14-day window gives a smoothed view that avoids single-day spikes. Installs are attributed to a keyword when the session that led to the install is sourced from App Store organic search on that keyword. Intent and category badges Some keywords have intent labels (navigational, transactional, informational) and category associations. These come from Ranksy's keyword analysis and help you understand what type of search each keyword represents. FAQ Q: My keyword rank changed overnight — what caused it? A: Shopify's search algorithm updates continuously. Common causes include a listing change you made, a competitor changing their listing, a competitor gaining or losing reviews, or general algorithm adjustments. Check your keyword's History Sheet to see the trend before and after. Q: Rank shows "—" or is missing for a keyword I'm tracking. A: Your app may not have ranked within the top results for that keyword on the day of the scrape. If you're outside the top 100 for a keyword, the rank may not be captured. Try searching for the keyword in the App Store to check your approximate position. Q: The 14d Pageviews and 14d Installs columns are all dashes. A: These require an active BigQuery connection. Connect BigQuery via Settings → Integrations, then wait for the import to complete. Q: I've hit my keyword tracking limit. A: Untrack keywords that are low-priority to free up quota. Focus on keywords you're actively trying to move (positions 11–50) or keywords that are your top converters. Q: How often does rank data refresh? A: Once per day, overnight. The timestamp in the column header shows when the last scrape completed. Next steps - Search Analytics (ASO → Keywords) — all keywords your app appears in, with traffic and conversion trends - Category Rankings (ASO → Categories) — your ranking in each App Store category - AI Keyword Suggestions — AI-recommended keywords to add to your tracked list - Competitors → Keyword Gaps — keywords where competitors rank but you don't

Keywords (ASO)

Keywords (ASO) The Keywords tab inside the ASO hub shows every keyword where your app appears in Shopify App Store organic search results — not just the ones you've explicitly chosen to track. Use it to understand your full search footprint, spot traffic-driving terms, and decide which keywords to promote to your tracked list. Accessing the Keywords tab Go to ASO → Keywords in the sidebar. The tab is the second section of the ASO hub, after Tracked Keywords. Difference between Keywords and Tracked Keywords | Tab | What it shows | | --- | --- | | Tracked | Keywords you've explicitly chosen to monitor — daily rank, movers, sparkline, 14d funnel | | Keywords | All keywords your app appears in — full organic search footprint | Use Keywords to discover terms you didn't know you were ranking for. Use Tracked to closely monitor the keywords you actively care about. Overview metrics The top of the page shows summary statistics: - Total Keywords — all keywords where your app appears in search results - In Top 10 — keywords where you hold positions 1–10 (prime visibility) - In Top 50 — keywords where you rank 1–50 (your total search footprint) - Average Rank — mean position across all keywords (lower is better) Search performance chart The chart shows two metrics on a shared timeline: - Average rank (left axis, inverted — a rising line means improving rank) - Search traffic events (right axis) — pageviews, clicks, and installs driven by organic search Use the date picker to select your analysis window. Hover any point to see exact values. Look for correlation between rank movement and traffic changes — improvements typically surface within 24–48 hours. Requires BigQuery to show traffic data. Rank data is available without BigQuery. Keyword table Each row represents one keyword your app appears for: | Column | What it shows | | --- | --- | | Keyword | The search term | | Current Rank | Today's position | | Change | Movement vs the previous period | | Pageviews | Sessions that viewed your listing from this keyword | | Clicks | "Add app" clicks from this keyword | | Installs | Installations attributed to this keyword | | Conversion Rate | Install rate from clicks | Click any column header to sort. Use the search box to filter to a specific keyword. Traffic columns (Pageviews, Clicks, Installs, Conversion Rate) require BigQuery. If BigQuery is not connected, those columns show dashes. Expanding a keyword row Click any row to see deeper breakdowns: - Geographic breakdown — top countries searching this keyword, with sessions and conversions by region - Device breakdown — Desktop, Mobile, and Tablet split - Source breakdown — organic vs paid traffic for this keyword - Daily trends — day-by-day sparkline Tracking a keyword from this tab Each row has a track button. Click it to add the keyword to your Tracked list. Tracked keywords get daily rank scraping, movers filtering, 14-day sparklines, and push into the Signal Brief if they move significantly. Top keyword leaderboards Below the main table, four leaderboards surface the highest-performing keywords by different measures: - By Pageviews — visibility champions - By Clicks — terms generating the most intent - By Installs — your revenue-driving keywords - By Conversion Rate — your most efficient keywords (quality over quantity) Optimization tips Focus on positions 11–20. These keywords are one push away from the top 10. Small listing improvements here produce the largest visibility gains. High conversion rate + low pageviews means a keyword converts well but doesn't drive much traffic — worth targeting to improve rank. High pageviews + low conversion rate suggests the keyword attracts clicks but your listing isn't resonating — review your title, description, and screenshots for relevance to that term. FAQ Q: How often does ranking data refresh? A: Once per day, overnight. The timestamp on the column header shows when the last scrape completed. Q: Why are the traffic columns showing dashes? A: Traffic data requires an active BigQuery connection. Connect BigQuery via Settings → Integrations, then wait for the import to complete. Q: My keyword suddenly dropped — what happened? A: Common causes: a competitor improved their listing, you gained or lost reviews, or Shopify adjusted its algorithm. Use the row's daily trend sparkline to see whether this is a one-day blip or a sustained drop. Q: What's a good conversion rate from search? A: 2–5% install rate from clicks is typical. Above 5% is excellent. Next steps - Tracked Keywords (ASO) — explicitly monitor your priority keywords with movers filters and the Signal Brief - AI Keyword Suggestions — AI-recommended keywords to add to your tracked list - Competitors → Keyword Gaps — keywords where competitors rank but you don't - Keyword Explorer (Explore) — browse any keyword in the App Store and see all ranking apps

Categories (ASO)

Categories (ASO) The Categories tab inside the ASO hub shows your app's ranking position in every Shopify App Store category where it appears. Unlike keyword rankings (which come from search), category rankings reflect where Shopify places your app when merchants browse by category. Both matter for discoverability. Accessing the Categories tab Go to ASO → Categories in the sidebar. The tab is the third section of the ASO hub. Category selector A dropdown at the top lets you switch between: - All Categories — aggregated view across every category your app is listed in - A specific category — deep dive into one category's ranking history and traffic The rest of the page updates immediately when you change the selection. Performance cards Each category shows four metric cards: | Card | What it means | | --- | --- | | Average Rank | Mean position over the selected date range. Lower is better. | | Best Rank | Highest (lowest number) position ever recorded in this category, with the date it occurred. | | Worst Rank | Lowest position recorded — your floor. | | Volatility | Statistical measure of ranking stability. Low volatility = consistent position. High volatility = frequent swings. | Aim for low volatility combined with a strong average rank. High volatility with a good average often means a recent push that hasn't stabilised. Ranking trends chart A line chart shows your rank position over time (y-axis inverted so an upward line means improving rank). When multiple categories are visible, each gets its own line. The chart also marks app listing updates with vertical indicators, so you can see whether updates correlated with rank changes. Category sessions table For each category your app appears in: | Column | What it shows | | --- | --- | | Category | Category name | | Current Rank | Today's position | | Rank Change | Movement vs the previous period (green = improved, red = dropped) | | Sessions | Traffic from this category page | | Pageviews | Page loads from category traffic | | Add App Clicks | "Add app" button clicks from this category | | Installs | Installations attributed to this category | | Conversion Rate | Install rate from pageviews | Sort by any column to identify your strongest categories (most traffic, best conversion) and your opportunity categories (decent traffic, rank in the 15–30 range). Traffic columns require BigQuery. Rank data is available without BigQuery. Expanding a category row Click any row to see breakdowns for that category: - Geographic breakdown — top countries per category, with sessions, clicks, and conversions by region - Device breakdown — Desktop, Mobile, and Tablet split - Source breakdown — traffic sources for visitors arriving from this category - Daily trends — day-by-day sparkline Category conversion funnel The funnel shows the complete path from category browse to install for the selected category and date range: 1. Category Pageviews — visitors who arrived via the category listing 2. Add App Clicks — clicks on the "Add app" button 3. Installs — completed installations Step-by-step drop-off rates show where you're losing potential installs. A large drop between Pageviews and Add App Clicks usually points to a listing or screenshot issue. A large drop between clicks and installs often indicates a permissions or onboarding friction point. Understanding rank changes What causes rank to improve: - New positive reviews - Increased install velocity - A recent app update (Shopify weighs recency) - Competitors falling behind What causes rank to drop: - New competitors entering the category - Negative reviews or review velocity slowing - No recent updates - Your install or conversion rate declining relative to others Changes typically take 24–48 hours to show up after an update. FAQ Q: How often do category rankings update? A: Ranksy scrapes category rankings once per day, overnight. Rankings reflect your position as of the most recent completed scrape. Q: My app is in a new category but I don't see it yet. A: New categories appear within 24–48 hours of Shopify classifying your app there. Q: Why does my rank fluctuate so much? A: Some volatility is normal, especially in competitive categories. High volatility often settles after a few weeks. If you're seeing week-over-week swings, check whether a competitor has been releasing updates. Q: Can I see competitor ranks in my categories? A: Yes — follow competitors via ASO → Competitors → Manage, then their category rank changes appear in the Competitors hub Activity feed. Q: What's a good category rank to aim for? A: Top 10 gets most of the category browse traffic. Top 50 still appears in category pages. Below 50, category browsing contributes little traffic and keyword search is more important. Next steps - Tracked Keywords (ASO) — monitor keyword rank alongside category rank - Competitors Hub — see competitor category rank changes in the Activity feed - AI Listing Improvements — improve your listing to lift both keyword and category rankings

Competitors Hub

Competitors Hub The Competitors hub lives inside the ASO section and gives you a set of tools for understanding the apps competing with yours. Everything in this hub is anchored to the apps you follow — follow at least one competitor to unlock the full feature set. Setting up: follow your competitors Go to ASO → Competitors → Manage (or click Manage Competitors in the hub header). Use the search and filter controls to find the apps you want to track, then click Follow on each one. You can follow as many apps as you like. Following is private and does not notify the other developer. Once you follow an app, all Competitors hub tabs populate with data for that cohort. Hub navigation The Competitors hub has five sections accessible from the sidebar under ASO → Competitors: | Section | What it shows | | --- | --- | | Activity | Recent reviews, updates, and ranking changes from followed apps | | Ad Presence | Which apps are advertising on your tracked keywords and categories | | Keyword Gaps | Keywords where competitors rank or advertise but you don't | | Review Insights | AI-analysed pain points and feature opportunities from competitor reviews | | Manage | Follow and unfollow competitor apps | Activity The Activity feed shows what followed competitors have been doing in a selected date range. Three sub-tabs: Reviews — new reviews left on competitor apps, with rating, excerpt, author, and date. Filter by date range to see recent sentiment shifts. Updates — app listing changes and changelog entries from competitor apps. Rankings — category rank changes for followed apps. An upward arrow means they improved; downward means they dropped. The summary cards at the top show total counts across all three categories for the period. Ad Presence The Ad Presence page shows which apps are running sponsored ads on the keywords and categories you track. Keyword Advertisers — a ranked table of apps running ads on your tracked keywords in the last 30 days. Columns show: app name, keyword count, average sponsored position. Click a row to drill into which specific keywords that advertiser is bidding on, alongside your own organic rank for each keyword. Category Advertisers — the same, but for your tracked categories. Advertising Activity — a breakdown by followed competitor showing which keywords and categories each of your followed apps is advertising on. The Keyword Advertisers and Category Advertisers tables include a count and average position. For each advertiser, clicking through shows: their sponsored keywords, their ad rank per keyword, and your organic rank on those same keywords. You can track any keyword directly from this drilldown or add it to a goal. Keyword Gaps Keyword Gaps finds keywords where competitors have presence but you don't — either organically or through ads. Three tabs: Relevant (default) Keywords semantically similar to the ones already driving your traffic, where at least one competitor ranks but you don't. These are the highest-signal opportunities because they're proven to work in your space and map to terms your existing traffic understands. Powered by BigQuery: requires your GA4 connection to determine which keywords are currently driving your sessions. Competitor Gaps (organic) Keywords where one or more followed competitors rank in the top 20 organically, but you rank below position 20 or don't appear at all. Sorted by opportunity score (0–100), which weighs: competitor rank strength, number of competitors ranking, and how far below them you are. Ads Gaps Keywords where followed competitors are running ads (last 30 days) but you are not. High opportunity means you don't rank organically on those terms either — ads are the competitor's only foothold, which is the clearest signal that the keyword is contested. All three tabs support CSV export (full export, not limited to current page) and pagination. You can track any keyword or add it to a goal from the table. Review Insights Review Insights uses AI to analyse the reviews of your followed competitors (and similar apps) and extract patterns that are hard to spot by reading reviews manually. Running an analysis Click Analyse New Reviews to trigger a fresh analysis job. The page shows real-time progress via a progress bar. Analysis typically takes 30–120 seconds depending on the number of reviews in the cohort. Results are cached. Click Analyse again to refresh with new reviews collected since the last run. Cohort selection Switch between Tracked Competitors (the apps you explicitly follow) and Similar Apps (apps Ranksy identifies as operating in the same space as yours, whether or not you follow them). The insights cards update to reflect the selected cohort. What the results show Summary stats — total reviews analysed, apps analysed, pain points found, feature opportunities identified. Sentiment Distribution — breakdown of positive, mixed, neutral, and negative reviews across the cohort. Apps Analysed — which specific apps contributed to this analysis (with review counts). Pain Points — recurring complaint categories extracted from negative and mixed reviews. Each category shows the frequency (count and percentage) and links to sample reviews. Feature Opportunities — features that multiple merchants mention wanting but competitor apps don't yet offer. Each opportunity lists the number of requests and sample review excerpts. Top Complaints — the most frequently mentioned complaint topics, ranked by count. Review Samples — a curated selection of analysed reviews showing the AI-extracted key topics, missing features, and sentiment for each. Manage The Manage page is a searchable, filterable browser of all apps in the Ranksy database. Use it to find and follow competitors. Filters available: category, rating range, review count range, Built for Shopify badge. Sort by rating, review count, or recently updated. Clicking a row navigates to that app's public profile page. FAQ Q: How many competitors can I follow? A: There is no hard limit on the number of apps you can follow. Q: Do competitors know I'm following them? A: No. Following is private. Q: The Keyword Gaps tab shows no data. Why? A: You need to follow at least one competitor first. Go to Manage and follow some apps. Organic Gaps also requires those competitors to have scraped keyword ranking data in Ranksy's database, which happens over time as rankings are tracked. Q: Review Insights shows zero reviews. Why? A: Click Analyse New Reviews to trigger the initial analysis job. If your followed apps have no reviews in Ranksy's database yet, switch to the Similar Apps cohort which draws on a broader set. Q: The Ad Presence tab shows no advertisers. Why? A: Ad presence data comes from Ranksy's daily keyword rank scraping, which records sponsored positions when they appear. If your tracked keywords are not frequently advertised on, or if keyword tracking was set up recently, this can be empty. Check back after a few days of scraping. Next steps - Tracked Keywords (ASO) — see your organic rank on the keywords your competitors are bidding on - App Store Ads — cross-reference with your own ad performance data - Follow an App — difference between following and adding to My Apps

Following Competitor Apps

Following Competitor Apps Following an app in Ranksy is the first step to using the Competitors hub. Once you follow one or more apps, the Activity feed, Ad Presence, Keyword Gaps, and Review Insights tabs all populate with data. Following is private — the other developer cannot see that you're watching their app. Follow vs Add to My Apps These are two different actions with different purposes: | Action | Purpose | What you get | | --- | --- | --- | | Follow | Monitor competitors and market | Competitors hub data: activity, gaps, ads, review insights | | Add to My Apps | Manage your own apps | Full analytics with Partner API + BigQuery integrations | You can do both — follow a competitor AND add your own app to My Apps. They are independent. How to follow an app From the Competitors hub 1. Go to ASO → Competitors → Manage in the sidebar 2. The Manage page shows a searchable, filterable browser of all apps in the Ranksy database 3. Use the search box to find the app by name 4. Filter by category, rating range, review count, or Built for Shopify badge if needed 5. Click Follow on any app row The button changes to Following when active. Click it again to unfollow. From an app profile page 1. Go to Explore → Browse Apps in the sidebar 2. Search for or browse to the app you want to follow 3. Click the app to open its profile page 4. Click Follow near the top of the profile How many apps can I follow? There is no limit. Follow as many apps as you need. What following unlocks After following at least one app, all Competitors hub tabs become active: Activity — a feed of recent reviews, app listing updates, and category rank changes from followed apps. Filter by date range and sub-tab (Reviews, Updates, Rankings). Ad Presence — which apps are running sponsored ads on your tracked keywords and categories in the last 30 days. Drill into any advertiser to see which specific keywords they're bidding on and compare their sponsored rank to your organic rank. Keyword Gaps — keywords where followed competitors rank organically or advertise but you don't. Three views: Relevant (semantically related to your top keywords), Competitor Gaps (organic), and Ads Gaps (paid). All three support CSV export. You can track any gap keyword directly from the table. Review Insights — AI analysis of reviews from followed apps (and similar apps). Shows pain points, feature opportunities, sentiment distribution, top complaints, and review samples. Run a fresh analysis by clicking Analyse New Reviews. Manage — add or remove followed apps at any time. Unfollowing an app From the Manage page: 1. Go to ASO → Competitors → Manage 2. Find the app in the table (use search to filter) 3. Click Following to toggle it off Or from the app's profile page: 1. Open the app profile via Explore → Browse Apps 2. Click the Following button to unfollow Tips for building a useful competitor set Follow your direct competitors first. These are the apps merchants compare against yours when evaluating options. Even 2–3 direct competitors unlock meaningful Keyword Gaps and Review Insights data. Add category leaders. Following the top-ranked apps in your main categories shows you what the benchmark looks like and which keywords they dominate. Follow at different tiers. Track emerging apps (launched in the last 12 months with fast-growing review counts) to spot threats early before they reach your rank range. Check the Activity feed after your own updates. If competitors updated around the same time as you, their ranking changes in the Activity feed help you separate your signal from market-wide algorithm movement. FAQ Q: Do competitors know I'm following them? A: No. Following is completely private. Q: I followed an app but the Keyword Gaps tab shows no data. A: Keyword Gaps requires Ranksy to have scraped ranking data for those competitor apps. Data accumulates over time as daily scrapes run. Organic Gaps also uses your own keyword rankings — if you haven't tracked any keywords yet, go to ASO → Tracked to add some. Q: Can I follow an app I manage? A: Yes, but it's not necessary — apps in My Apps already appear in your revenue and analytics hubs. Following is most useful for apps you don't control. Q: Why does Review Insights show zero reviews? A: Click Analyse New Reviews to trigger the initial AI analysis job. If followed apps have few reviews in Ranksy's database, switch the cohort to Similar Apps which draws on a broader set. Next steps - Competitors Hub — full reference for Activity, Ad Presence, Keyword Gaps, Review Insights, and Manage - Browse Apps (Explore) — find apps to follow by browsing the full Ranksy database - Tracked Keywords (ASO) — track keywords that competitors rank for directly from the Keyword Gaps tab
